Ross M. Wolfe is a graduate of the Catholic University of America with a B.S. in Business Administration, majoring in finance. Mr. Wolfe earned his J.D. with honors from the George Washington University Law School.
Prior to joining the Weiser Law Firm, Mr. Wolfe worked for the federal government in the Office of Chief Counsel in the United States Securities and Exchange Commission’s (SEC) Division of Trading and Markets. While at the SEC, Mr. Wolfe worked on a variety of matters, including statutory disqualifications, Enforcement actions involving broker-dealers, and Crowdfunding under the JOBS Act.
Mr. Wolfe has represented whistleblowers in a variety of different industries, and has the experience to ensure the best case possible is presented to the government, thereby increasing the chances they will receive a whistleblower reward. Mr. Wolfe guides his clients in nearly every aspect of a whistleblower process, from investigating allegations of fraud to filing the complaint and working with the federal government.
Mr. Wolfe was born and raised in Philadelphia, where he currently lives, and is a graduate of Monsignor Bonner High School.
